2007 Admiral's Cup

Six YRYC and SYC boats raced in the Admiral's Cup on Saturday, 11 August.  There was serious wind, big waves, and a lot of breakage.  MAGPIE blew out her heavy spinnaker at the start of the race, MOVIN' ON caught their chute on a turning mark and destroyed it, and GAIL FORCE had a rudder failure and was forced to retire.  Photos are available in the gallery at right.  Results were as follows:
