This event, sanctioned by the CBYRA, is open to all PHRF boats with category 5P/4P certificates. Please include a copy of your 2019 PHRF certificate with your entry form. Entries due by September 14.

Boats that do not have a valid PHRF certificate may compete in the Cruising division and will be assigned a rating by the Race Captain.
