The annual Moonlight Race is this Saturday, July 24.  Sailing Instruction are posted on the Racing page of the club’s web site.

 

We will start is at R24, with two fleets if we have enough boats.  Starts at 1820 and 1825 (6:20 and 6:25).  If necessary, the course will be shortened in an attempt to have everyone finish before midnight.

 

Naturally the race has been scheduled for a night with a nearly full moon and it can be just beautiful sailing at night with great visibility.
