Cruise Captain Updates for April 2023
I hope everyone is looking forward to the 2023 cruise year!
- Opportunity cruise with Reveille – Onancock Moonlight Cruise: May 5 – 7th: Join our former Commodore Jeff to fine tune your nighttime navigation skills .
- Shakedown Cruise: May 19th-21st – Hampton
- Memorial day Raft up: May 27th – 29th – Mobjack Bay
- Harborfest: June 9th – 11th – Norfolk Join us to celebrate the maritime history of Hampton Roads. You can stay either at Freemason Basin or make arrangements for any of the marinas in the area, including Tidewater Marina in Portsmouth.
- Fleet Cruise: June 23-25th – This will be a separate Powerboat and Sail Cruise. I’m still looking for a volunteer to lead the Sail Boat itenary. Power Boats will head to Lynnhaven inlet Virginia Beach.
Harborfest registration is underway. Please fill out the forms with Checks written to “York River Yacht Club” The club will submit the complete payment and package to Town Point Yacht Club.
We also need to get updated member boat information for docking preferences. Please fill out the following google form to make sure we can accommodate everyone’s preferences for upcoming cruises.
