Get Ready for Harborfest 2022!
Cruise Captain Mark just emailed out registration information for Norfolk’s HarborFest 2022, scheduled for June 10 – 12. Club members would most likely leave Thursday, June 9 and stay through Sunday, June 12.
Club members who wish to participate in the club cruise should check their email for registrations forms they received via email or download the forms here! Turn around time for registration forms and payment is soon. So YRYC can meet the HarborFest deadline, submit your registration form and payment (check payable to YRYC) before April 18. Send to

What is Harborfest? Just “the largest, longest-running, free maritime festival” in the US. It includes three days of all sort of sea-faring activities including a Parade of Sails, food, fun, and one of the largest fireworks displays on the East Coast.
$130 per boat include up to 4 days/nights of docking, two HarborFest t-shirts, a burgee and boater bag. We will have access to all the facilities at the Waterside Marina and access to multiple boating events and parties.
Save the dates of June 12 – 19 for a cruise of the Albemarle Sound, departing from Norfolk at the conclusion of Harborfest. More details on that trip coming soon!
